Design

Fabric Selection or Development
Based on customer needs, we will provide professional fabric recommendations leveraging our 30+ years of experience. Additionally, we can assist in developing new fabrics.
Sample Making
Typically, sample production takes 7-10 working days. Our skilled sample makers meticulously cut and sew your garments. After evaluations for fit, aesthetics, and functionality, the qualified samples will be sent to you.
Revisions
You'll have a fitting on the samples so that we can know what changes are needed for the next batch of samples. With our service team’s extensive industry experience, we are confident to finish all revisions within 1-2 rounds.
Mass Production
Once the samples are approved, we will begin mass production at our professional garment factory. Typically, mass production takes about 20 working days.
Quality Inspection
Our quality control system ensures that all custom garments undergo strict inspection to meet quality standards before they are shipped out.
Packing and Shipping
After confirming the packing list, we will arrange transportation through our freight forwarder or the client's forwarder, ensuring safe, reliable, and timely delivery.
